Terms - Sorry but all orders need to be prepaid until we establish a relationship. At this time we are not offering extended credit, net 30, or similar payment plans. We will accept COD but expenses will be billed to the client.

Samples - In an effort to prove our product quality we will ship samples. In order to request a sample you simply purchase the item on the internet. In the event you are not completely satisfied you may ship the sample back for a full refund

Pricing - All prices are on the website can be found along with suggested retail prices. If you are ordering large quantities price discounts may apply.

Minimum Order - We DON'T have one. Unlike other companies we feel you should not be forced to make minimum orders. We give you the right to test products at any quantity you please for no added charge.

Custom Orders - Do you have a print you would like us to produce? We will gladly put your item into production for you. Please contact us directly if you are interested and have examples and designs ready to email for our graphic technicians to view.

Shipping - Our preferred shipping method is USPS and from Hawaii as it's inexpensive and fast. Shipments to the mainland generally take 4 to 10 days 5 to 7 being average. If you have your own preferred courier you may request them by contacting us before making your order. We are not responsible for any custom duties or taxes on your merchandise. If you would like to order outside of the united states you may do so. We suggest USPS

Returns - If you need to return your product please send it within 10 business days of delivery. Please allow credit refunds up to 30 days for processing.

Photography - Modern digital technology is wonderful but unfortunately it is unable to accurately obtain colors 100% of the time. Please note that some sarong colors might be different (lighter or darker) from what they appear on the site. For this reason we offer to ship samples. Damaged or Defective Products - If you believe your item has been damaged during shipping or is defective we will gladly replace it for you. We try our best to pack to avoid breakage of accessories but unfortunately it happens from time to time. Please call or contact us directly within 48 hours for a quick solution.
